Damage and order issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at (888) 398-3772 if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  

Replacement Item: To be eligible for a replacement item, you must contact us within 7 days of order receipt.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
